Do you store patient health information?

No, we do not store any health information.

For the purposes of delivery we require the name and address of the recipient.

How do you protect the delivery data?

Data is encrypted while in the databases and during transport to and from the portal for display.

Where is the delivery information kept?

Delivery information is stored on servers in Canada.

Who has access to this data?

  • The pharmacy has access to delivery information.
  • The courier has access to the specific information required for them to complete a delivery.
  • The security and technology team has access necessary to monitor and secure the system. They may also access data in order to diagnose technical issues.
  • The dispatch and quality assurance team has access to delivery information required to manage deliveries.

Delivery Information

What information do you need for a delivery?

We require the recipient name and address. We may also require one or more tracking codes that you assign to each delivery.

What information do you collect during a delivery?

During a delivery the following information will be collected:

  • Name of recipient
  • Relationship to intended recipient
  • Electronic signature (if required)
  • Government issued ID information (if required)

What information is available to the pharmacy?

The pharmacy is able to see:

  • Outcome/Status
  • Information collected
  • Courier information

What happens if a delivery is not successful?

If there is no answer at the destination address, the address was incorrect, or insufficient information was provided then the delivery will be returned to the pharmacy.

The reason for delivery will be available to the pharmacy through the portal.

Do you comply with OCP delivery requirements?

Yes, we comply with requirements from the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Our platform tracks, collects, and provides required information on who received each delivery. Our couriers ensure that packages are kept safe in transit and reach the intended recipient as directed by the pharmacy.

Delivery Availability

Do you offer on-demand/urgent delivery?

Yes, we do offer out of schedule delivery for emergency situations as needed through the portal. A courier will be dispatched and available as soon as possible. Deliveries are completed as soon as possible dependent upon traffic and weather conditions.

What is scheduled delivery?

Scheduled delivery is a cost-effective option that allows you to have multiple deliveries made at the same time each day. A minimum of 5 packages are recommended to take advantage scheduled delivery; if you happen to have fewer than 5 packages periodically we’ll still come by and make the deliveries.

Higher volume pharmacies can elect to have multiple delivery pickup times each day for morning, afternoon, and evening deliveries.

Is scheduled delivery same day or next day?

Scheduled deliveries are intended for same day delivery. Deliveries are typically made within 1 to 3 hours from the time of pickup from the pharmacy.

Do you provide temperature controlled delivery?

Yes, we offer temperature controlled delivery.

Can you collect payment on delivery?

Payment on delivery can be collected from recipients from both credit cards and debit cards.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Yes, we offer weekend delivery options with one or multiple pickup times depending upon delivery volume.

Do you offer morning delivery?

Yes, we offer morning delivery starting as early as 8 am.

Do you offer evening delivery?

Yes, we offer evening delivery with pickup available as late as two hours before pharmacy closing time. This allows us time to return any prescriptions that could not be delivered.
